Job Title: Senior UI/UX Transformation Specialist 

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UI/UX Transformation Specialist to lead the design of seamless and user-friendly experiences. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for intuitive design, and a proven track record in transforming complex ideas into practical solutions.

 Key Responsibilities: 
  • Design and develop user-centered interfaces that meet business objectives and enhance user engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business goals into actionable designs.
  • Conduct usability testing, gather feedback, and iterate on designs to ensure maximum effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain a design system that fosters consistency and scalability across all digital touchpoints.
  • Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies to drive innovation and improve workflows.
 Required Skills and Qualifications: 
  • 4+ years of experience in web and mobile app design.
  • Proficiency in Figma or similar tools.
  • A strong understanding of UX principles, usability, and accessibility (WCAG).
  • Experience working with design systems and reusable UI components.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and an iterative design approach based on user research.
