Job Description

We are seeking an experienced User Experience Designer to join our team. As a key member of the design team, you will be responsible for crafting intuitive and user-centric experiences across our digital platforms.

Your primary focus will be on enhancing financial journeys through thoughtful design. You will lead the UX process from research and ideation to prototyping and execution, ensuring seamless digital interactions.

The ideal candidate will have 2–6 years of professional experience in UX design, with a strong digital portfolio featuring end-to-end UX case studies. Proficiency in Figma, along with tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, and other prototyping platforms is a must.

You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and key stakeholders to implement design solutions. Your ability to maintain information architecture and consistent UX patterns across products will be critical to success.

In addition to your technical skills, you will need excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively present design concepts and iterate based on stakeholder and user feedback.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2–6 years of professional experience in UX design
  • Strong digital portfolio with end-to-end UX case studies
  • Proficiency in Figma, along with tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, and other prototyping platforms
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, Architecture, or equivalent practical experience
