We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our team. This role combines finance, human resources, and administration responsibilities, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect and organize invoices, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Record expenses under the correct heads, ensuring timely and compliant processing.
  • Prepare project-wise profit and loss statements, providing clear snapshots of overall financial performance.
Human Resources & Payroll:
  • Draft and issue offer letters, welcoming new team members.
  • Process monthly salary payouts, ensuring timely and accurate compensation.
  • Deduct TDS and other statutory compliances where applicable, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Support basic HR and people operations tasks, contributing to a collaborative and supportive team culture.
Administration:
  • Manage travel bookings and logistics, streamlining processes and reducing costs.
  • Handle paperwork and documentation, maintaining accurate and organized records.
  • Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring seamless operation and minimizing disruptions.
Requirements:
  • Background in finance, accounts, or business administration, with a strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
  • Comfort with basic HR and payroll processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and benefits administration.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing demands.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (spreadsheets, docs, etc.), with expertise in data analysis and reporting.
  • Attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • A team player who is also capable of working independently, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
