Cloud Engineering Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Engineering Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of cloud-based infrastructure solutions.

As a Cloud Engineering Manager, you will oversee the design, deployment, and management of cloud infrastructure, ensuring it meets the needs of our business while maintaining high levels of security and scalability.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and compliance, to ensure alignment and effective communication. Additionally, you will provide guidance and support to engineers, helping them to grow and develop their skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of cloud-based infrastructure solutions
  • Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure to meet business needs
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of cloud-native applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Provide guidance and support to engineers to help them grow and develop their skills

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Technical Skills:
  • Advanced proficiency in cloud infrastructure, preferably GCP
  • Experience designing and maintaining production-grade infrastructure
  • Deep experience with Terraform and cloud-native tooling for automation, configuration, and deployment
  • Hands-on knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes in production environments
  • Strong foundation in Linux systems, networking, DNS, and load balancer configurations
