Cloud Infrastructure Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Cloud Engineer to spearhead our cloud infrastructure initiatives, driving the design and implementation of scalable solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Azure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain organizational policies, IAM configurations, and resource hierarchies across GCP and Azure
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in cloud infrastructure engineering

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure engineering, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects
  • 4+ years of focused experience on Google Cloud Platform, with expertise in networking services, security best practices, and infrastructure as code tools
  • Expert-level knowledge of GCP networking services (VPC, Cloud Load Balancing, Cloud Armor, etc.) and deep understanding of GCP security services
  • Extensive experience with GCP IAM, organizational policies, and resource hierarchy, as well as proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Cloud Deployment Manager)
  • Strong understanding of network protocols, routing, and security principles, with a focus on scalability and high availability
