Job Title: Cloud Infrastructure Strategist

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, highly available cloud infrastructure solutions.

You will lead the development of advanced CI/CD pipelines for seamless integration and deployment, and implement DevOps best practices focusing on automation, monitoring, and incident response.

You will also enhance Kubernetes-based platforms with complex networking and multi-cluster configurations, develop and enforce security policies ensuring compliance through regular audits, and lead disaster recovery planning to ensure high availability and business continuity.

As a mentor, you will guide junior engineers on technical challenges, conduct root cause analysis, and develop strategies to resolve complex system issues.

You will collaborate with leadership to enhance team collaboration and processes, and stay current on emerging technologies like service meshes and serverless architectures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in DevOps or cloud infrastructure management.
- Proven experience managing enterprise-level cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring teams and solving complex challenges.
- Expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and orchestration tools in large-scale systems.
- Deep understanding of Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using Terraform.
- Advanced scripting skills in Python, Go, or Shell scripting.
- Proficient in monitoring tools like Prometheus, Datadog, or ELK Stack.
- Solid knowledge of security, scalability, and high availability solutions.
- Experience with hybrid cloud solutions and advanced networking concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and collaboration skills.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on driving innovation.
