Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Cloud Infrastructure Architect to lead our cloud migration and modernization initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cloud infrastructure across Azure, AWS, and GCP environments.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect and deploy Azure-based solutions including compute, storage, networking, and security services.
  • Design and implement containerized workloads using AKS and EKS.
  • Establish and enforce cloud security standards and best practices across environments.
  • Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using modern DevOps practices.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions for automated deployments.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • 8+ years of experience in cloud engineering/architecture roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Azure, plus working knowledge of AWS and GCP platforms.
  • Proficiency with Kubernetes orchestration, particularly AKS, with knowledge of EKS.
  • Experience with Karpenter, ArgoCD, and Istio in container environments.
  • Demonstrated expertise in cloud security principles and implementations.
  • Advanced knowledge of cloud networking concepts and solutions.
  • Proficiency with GitHub and GitHub Actions for CI/CD workflows.
  • Experience with infrastructure as code tools (particularly Terraform, Azure ARM templates, and AWS CloudFormations).
  • Self-driven work ethic with ability to manage complex projects independently.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:

The following qualifications would be highly beneficial:

  • Azure certifications (Azure Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer, Security Engineer).
  • Experience with Azure governance and compliance frameworks.
  • Knowledge of hybrid cloud architectures.
  • Background in supporting enterprise-scale applications.
  • Experience with Azure monitoring and observability tools (such as DataDog).
