Software Engineering Analyst

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Software Engineering Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our software engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing robust solutions to complex problems. You will work closely with other product delivery partners to ensure the successful build, test, and release of solutions.

Our ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in C# and related technologies such as ASP.NET Core and ReactJS. You should also have strong knowledge of SOLID Design Principles/Patterns, OOP, Data Structures, xUnit, TDD, Kafka, Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture, Azure, SQL querying, database design, SonarQube, CheckMarx, and agile methodology.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Key skills include:

  • Strong experience in C#, SOLID Design Principles/Patterns, OOP, Data Structures, ASP.NET Core, ASP.NET ,Web API, ReactJS, xUnit, TDD, Kafka, Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture, Azure (including Terraforms and AKS).
  • Proficiency in SQL querying and database design to interact with relational databases like SQL Server.
  • Experience writing unit and integration tests and effectively troubleshooting application issues.
  • Knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture, SonarQube, CheckMarx
  • Ability to speak/write fluently in English
  • Experience with agile methodology including SCRUM.
  • Experience with modern delivery practices such as continuous integration, behavior/test driven development, and specification by example.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree equivalent in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Technology Management, or related field of study, and have at least 2 years of experience in software engineering.
