Software Engineering Specialist Role

We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer to join our team. As a Software Engineering Specialist, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying complex software applications.

This is a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and contribute to the development of next-generation safety platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy software applications to support pharmacovigilance systems.
  • Maintain solutions to enhance E2E data reconciliation, ensuring consistency and accuracy across systems related to adverse events/product complaints.
  • Develop innovative solutions using generative AI technologies including large language models (LLMs) like OpenAI GPT.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate concepts into working code.
  • Contribute to both front-end and back-end development using cloud technologies.
  • Ensure code quality and consistency through effective code reviews.
  • Create and maintain documentation on software architecture, design, deployment, disaster recovery, and operations.
  • Identify and resolve technical challenges effectively.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 6-8 years of experience OR Master's degree in Computer Science or related field with 4-6 years of experience.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and commitment to resolving challenges.
  • Experience with database programming languages and data modeling concepts, including Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
  • Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Machine Learning (ML), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Natural Language Generation (NLG) automation technologies.
  • Certified SAFe Agile Software Engineer or willingness to obtain certification.
