Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Senior Printed Circuit Board Designer to join our team in developing cutting-edge electronic solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create multilayer PCB layout designs up to 6-12 layers in mixed signal design.
  • Design high-speed mixed signals, HDI boards.
  • Experience handling BGAs with blind and buried via techniques.
  • Knowledge of all latest interfaces like USB, Ethernet, CAN, etc.
  • Understand differential routing, length matching routing, impedance routing, etc.
  • Familiarity with constraints and use of the constraint manager.
  • Minimize EMI/EMC problems.
  • DFM & DFA analysis & Gerber & ODB ++ checking.
  • Experienced in IPC standard.
  • Schematic designing.
  • Schematic symbols and PCB footprint approvals.
  • Schematic design entry in Allegro tool.
  • Schematic and PCB layout reviews for internal and customers.
  • Development of PCB vendors and coordination for PCB manufacturing related issues.
  • Board bring-ups, debugging, and testing.
  • UART, I2C, LCD, SPI, QSPI, CSI2, CAN communication, etc., is preferred.
  • BOM approval and its releases.
  • Component selection for schematic designs.
  • Mentor junior engineers and participate in design/code reviews.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of 10+ successful production-level PCBs in market.
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
  • Third-party vendor interaction and review of work.
  • Good knowledge on industrial PCB design tools and flow.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD workflows.
  • 10+ years of experience.
  • B.Tech/M.Tech in Electronics and Communication,
