Senior Financial Transformation Specialist

This is a compelling opportunity to spearhead the migration of finance processes into a shared services model. A global leader in industrial machinery manufacturing seeks an experienced transition and transformation manager/specialist to drive impactful change, standardize, automate, and improve finance processes.
- Lead end-to-end transition of finance functions into shared services
- Drive standardization, automation, and process improvements
- Collaborate with global stakeholders, SMEs, and external partners for seamless execution
- Implement change initiatives and risk management strategies to ensure smooth adoption
About You:
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in shared services, finance transformation, or transition management
- Strong knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma, project management, and change management
- Proven ability to manage large-scale transitions in global or complex environments
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
