Community Engagement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Community Engagement Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with users, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day communication with users, ensuring seamless interactions and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Spearhead the growth of daily active users on the app by leveraging user-generated content, engaging community moderators, and implementing strategies for long-term engagement and success.
  • Develop and execute plans to upskill and monetize matchmakers, content creators, and moderators, ensuring their continued contribution to the platform's growth.
  • Collaborate closely with the product team to design and launch new features focused on user engagement, retention, and monetization.
  • Foster micro-influencers within the FRND ecosystem to drive matchmaking, virtual gifting, and radio shows, promoting a positive and interactive environment.
  • Stay abreast of emerging social media trends, insights, and best practices, using this knowledge to enhance user engagement and grow the platform.

Key Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in operations, campaign, or community management, preferably in Punjabi/Gujarati and Marathi speaking audiences.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively.
  • A deep understanding of Punjabi/Gujarati and Marathi culture and language, as well as proficiency in social media platforms and community management tools.
  • A proven track record of working with language-specific content/creators, with an understanding of regional and global content trends.
  • Familiarity with app-based user engagement metrics and tools, along with the ability to analyze data to drive decision-making.
  • The ability to take ownership of projects and drive them to successful completion, with a demonstrated analytical mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.
