Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for taking on the responsibilities of an individual contributor and team lead for the GSM applications.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will function as a senior member of an Agile team, helping drive consistent development practices and collaborating with Product Owners to prioritize features and manage technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing business features and user stories and refining them with the Product Owner.
  • Working with Product Owners to prioritize features and manage technical requirements based on industry trends, new technologies, known defects, and issues.
  • Performing all technical development for assigned applications, including architecture, design, developing prototypes, writing new code and APIs, and performing unit and assembly testing of developed software.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of software development experience, 5+ years of development experience with Java (minimum Java 8), and demonstrated experience in application design, software development, and testing.

They should also have hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Micro-services, Relational and/or NoSQL databases, and a deep understanding of multithreading concepts.

Additionally, the candidate should have analytical skills and a knack for looking for non-obvious solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 10+ years of software development experience
  • 5+ years of development experience with Java (minimum Java 8)
  • Demonstrated experience in application design, software development, and testing
  • Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Micro-services, Relational and/or NoSQL databases
