Job OverviewThe India COE is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis for the GTM organization.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive financial plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Manage the preparation and delivery of accurate financial reports and dashboards to support strategic decision-making.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, driving business growth and profitability.
This role involves collaborating with global stakeholders, engaging with the COE team, and delivering timely and actionable financial insights.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 9+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis or related roles.
- Experience in a COE or shared services environment is highly valued.
