Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Professional

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) professional to join our team. As an FP&A Analyst/Lead, you will play a critical role in shaping the financial strategy of our organization.
Job Description:The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Producing high-quality financial reports, including key metrics, financial results, and variance reporting.
- Evaluating financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
- Performing drill-downs in financial data, data mining, and business intelligence.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- At least 3-12 years of working experience in financial planning & analysis and accounting roles.
- Experience in independent end-to-end month-end closing and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, management reporting, and advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
