Job Title: Paid Media Account Manager

About the Role:

The company is seeking a skilled Paid Media Account Manager to lead client relationships, oversee campaigns, and ensure advertising accounts deliver business impact.

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing relationships and expectations.
  • Oversee paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other platforms.
  • Translate client goals into actionable strategies and measurable KPIs.
  • Analyse performance data and present insights to clients with clear recommendations.
  • Collaborate with creative, analytics, and media teams to deliver integrated digital strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Manage client expectations, act as primary point of contact, and maintain open communication channels.
  • Campaign Oversight: Oversee paid media campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with client goals and best practices.
  • Strategy Development: Translate client goals into actionable strategies, identifying opportunities for growth and ROI.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign data, presenting insights to clients with clear recommendations for improvement.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated digital strategies and drive business results.

Requirements:

  • 3–5+ years' experience in Paid Media account management or digital client services.
  • Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and PPC strategy.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to balance multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
