Job Title: Strategic Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Strategic Procurement Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned procurement professional to develop and implement effective procurement strategies that meet organizational goals and objectives. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of securing the best deals from vendors, ensuring timely and quality supply of materials, and maintaining vendor agreements and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet organizational goals and objectives.
  2. Identify and onboard reliable suppliers and vendors, fostering strong business relationships.
  3. Negotiate contracts and terms of supply to ensure favorable deals for the organization.
  4. Monitor market trends and supplier performance, making necessary adjustments to procurement processes.
  5. Manage procurement budgets, ensuring cost-effective purchasing and financial efficiency.
  6. Oversight of inventory levels, ensuring adequate and timely supply of materials and resources.
  7. C Coordinate with other departments to understand their procurement needs and requirements.
Requirements
  • Proven negotiation skills.
  • Strong vendor management experience.
  • Ability to perform detailed cost analysis to optimize purchasing and reduce costs.
  • Proficiency in inventory management to ensure consistent and adequate supply levels.
  • Skilled in market research to stay updated with industry trends and new suppliers.
  • Experience in budgeting to forecast and plan financial investments in procurement.
