Procurement Leader Job Overview

The Procurement / Sourcing Head plays a vital role in leading and optimizing procurement strategies across key business verticals such as Solar, EandC, and BDD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Procurement Management:
  • Lead end-to-end procurement processes from sourcing to delivery.
  • Ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing for Solar, EandC, and BDD verticals.
  • Vendor Relationship Management:
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing vendors to ensure reliability and quality.
  • Supply Chain Optimization:
  • Identify and onboard new suppliers to establish a reliable supply chain and ensure secondary sources for critical components.
  • Logistics & Material Management:
  • Oversee logistics and inventory operations to guarantee timely delivery of materials.
  • Manage efficient import/export operations and inventory flow.
  • Compliance & Documentation:
  • Ensure adherence to procurement and quality standards, including ISO compliance.
  • Manage procurement documentation, import/export records, and vendor files in alignment with regulatory and audit requirements.
