Job Title

Our organization seeks a skilled BIM Coordinator to lead the implementation of Building Information Modelling in our Mumbai office. The successful candidate will oversee the local Revit-capable team and manage BIM execution processes.

The BIM Coordinator will be responsible for developing and maintaining BIM Execution Plans, defining company BIM requirements and workflows, and ensuring alignment with ISO19650 standards and global procedures.

This role involves working closely with the Office Head to support recruitment, training, and upskilling of the Revit-capable team. The ideal candidate will ensure high standards of BIM quality, innovation, and efficiency across projects.

  • BIM Implementation
  • Ensure the standard of BIM and Revit execution aligns with global technical and quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans, implementing ISO19650 workflows and certification.
  • Manage communication and rollout of any BIM standards changes within the Mumbai office.
  • Project Coordination
  • Drive implementation of group BIM workflows, tools, and standards at the local level.
  • Lead staff training, induction, and knowledge-sharing for BIM practices.
  • Coordinate and manage project BIM deliverables, reducing errors and delays.
  • BIM Expertise
  • Act as the primary point of contact for BIM-related issues in Mumbai, liaising with the global BIM leadership.
  • Support audits and ensure compliance with ISO19650 certification.
  • Oversee BIM-related software license renewals and allocations.
