Job Description:
As a highly skilled Digital BIM Modeler, you will play a crucial role in transforming scan data into accurate and detailed 3D Building Information Models (BIMs). Your primary responsibility will be to import, clean, and register point cloud data from laser scans into BIM platforms, ensuring precise alignment and coordination between Architectural and Structural elements. You will also be responsible for verifying and validating model accuracy against site scans, adhering to tolerance levels, BIM standards, and Level of Development (LOD) requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Recap software is essential for this role.
• Strong understanding of BIM principles and workflows with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in point cloud processing is mandatory.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
