Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through bancassurance partnerships.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in sales and relationship management. You will work closely with banking partners to develop and implement sales strategies that drive business results.

Main Responsibilities
  • Analyze customer segmentation, sales trends, and demographics to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Conduct trainings for banking partners on regulatory guidelines and products.
  • Plan activation of branches through R&R activities to increase penetration.
  • Drive campaigns and contests to drive sales in profitable segments.
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities for existing customers.
  • Gather market information and analyze partner profiles to identify best product fitment.
  • Schedule meetings with prospective banking clients and brief them about BAGIC products.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of work across channels.
Requirements
  • Graduation or equivalent qualification.
  • 1-5 years of experience in sales and relationship management.
