Accounts Payable Specialist Role

This role is responsible for overseeing and managing various accounts payable and accounts receivable functions. The main focus areas include vendor payments, customer billing, and ensuring statutory compliance.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, be proficient in Microsoft Excel, and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

The selected individual will work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of day-to-day transactional accounting tasks.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Vendor payment processing, including accurate booking and reconciliation
  • Customer billing, including E-waybill generation based on user department data
  • Maintenance of accurate and up-to-date records
  • Preparation of monthly closing reports
  • Collaboration with auditors to support audit requirements

To succeed in this position, the candidate must possess over 2 years of experience in accounts payable, demonstrate a strong understanding of accounts payable/receivable processes, and have hands-on experience with automation tools and workflows.
