Job Title: Senior Compliance Specialist

The role of the Senior Compliance Specialist is to ensure membership compliance for the Exchange and support the team in achieving a no-error work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process new membership applications, ongoing compliance, and membership termination in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Verify accuracy of membership documents, including legal agreements, to scrutinize application information.
  • Respond to member inquiries regarding membership rules and regulations to provide timely assistance.

Preparation of Notes: Prepare notes for approval of changes in membership status, such as shareholding or promoter holding patterns, to maintain accurate records.

Perform other assigned activities as required to meet business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Educational qualification includes a degree in CS/CA/MBA/CMA from a reputable Institute/University.

Experience:

  • Fresher or 1-2 years of experience in securities, capital markets, financial services, mutual funds, or insurance companies.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Proactive and result-oriented approach with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and self-motivation skills to work effectively in large groups.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, preferably with good Excel skills.
