Regional Manager - Corporate Relations Job Description

This role is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with recruiters in the South region of India, enhancing campus recruitment efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish relations with recruiters to drive recruitment strategies in the South region.
  • Coordinate corporate visits to our Mumbai campus to ensure seamless execution of placement processes.
  • Collaborate with the campus placement team to manage the placement process, fostering strong relationships with recruiters and students.
  • Ensure exceptional service and satisfaction for both recruiters and students.
  • Meet targets set for the region, driving business growth and development.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in business development, sales, or relevant role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience in customer acquiring and relationship management, including key account management and sales to CXOs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high degree of professionalism and competence in dealing with diverse individuals.
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities, prioritizing tasks effectively and meeting deadlines.
  • Self-driven and goal-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to achieve results in a fast-paced environment.
