Job Title: Senior Customer Service Executive
">About the Role:
">We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Executive to join our team. As a Senior Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for managing large volumes of customer inquiries and resolving complex issues in a timely and professional manner.
">Key Responsibilities:
">• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels in a friendly and courteous manner
">• Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and timely manner
">• Provide excellent customer service by being proactive, responsive, and empathetic
">• Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
">• Identify and escalate complex customer issues to senior management as needed
">Required Skills and Qualifications:
">• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
">• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
">• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
">• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
">• Previous experience in a customer-facing role or call center environment
