Job Function

The Technical Service Desk Engineer will be responsible for providing remote technical support to staff across the globe. This role requires working 24x7 with rotational shifts and week offs. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing technical support for desktop issues on MAC and Windows platforms
  • Supporting users across Hogarth 24x7
  • Technical support for in-house agency facilities
  • Adobe Creative Cloud support, including troubleshooting Adobe products
  • Microsoft Office support, including O365 License Administration and Management
  • Good understanding and troubleshooting skills of general applications used by end users such as Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, etc.

Essential Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience of Mac and Windows OS support
  • BASIC understanding of computer network concepts
