Job Summary:

We seek an experienced SCCM System Administrator to manage and support our SCCM infrastructure at the server level.

The ideal candidate will possess strong server-side expertise, with proven hands-on experience in SCCM server administration at enterprise scale, as well as knowledge of Windows Server environments and integration with SCCM.

This is a great opportunity to work on a project for one of our US-based clients and collaborate with global IT teams to ensure secure, reliable, and cost-effective infrastructure management.

  • Manage and support SCCM infrastructure at the server level, including installation, configuration, and optimization.
  • Handle server-side patch management, software distribution, and compliance reporting.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve escalated L3 SCCM issues with a focus on server environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation and Configuration: Install and configure SCCM servers, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Patching and Deployment: Develop and implement effective patching and deployment strategies to maintain up-to-date SCCM infrastructure.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely compliance reporting, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Troubleshooting: Resolve complex technical issues independently at L3 level, minimizing downtime and maximizing system availability.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in SCCM server administration at enterprise scale.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server environments and integration with SCCM.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues independently.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with international teams.
