Job Title: Platform Mobility Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Platform Mobility Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining the underpinnings of our technology environment.

The Platform Mobility team is passionate about continuous, high-quality delivery. We work closely with multiple product and platform teams to ensure seamless technology experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as SME for Windows endpoint management capabilities, ensuring compliance and best practices.
  • Provide production support for Windows endpoint management in a geographically distributed environment, leveraging ServiceNow and Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM).
  • Serve as an escalation point for all aspects of device lifecycle management (enrollment, configuration, protection, retirement), utilizing expertise in policy creation, task sequence creation, maintenance, troubleshooting, configuration profile development, OS updating, application packaging and management, endpoint security.
  • Automate and document operational procedures and processes, focusing on efficiency and scalability.
  • Research and recommend solutions to improve and streamline end-user and business experience, working closely with cross-functional teams.

Key tools and applications include SCCM, PowerShell, Jira, Confluence, Entra ID, Microsoft/Office 365, and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of relevant Enterprise Mobility Management (Windows) experience.
  • Strong knowledge in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM), Device Lifecycle Management (enrollment, updates, configuration, retirement), troubleshooting & remote management.
  • Experience with ServiceNow, PowerShell, Jira, Confluence.
  • Good understanding of Entra ID, Microsoft/Office 365, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in complex, large-scale environments.
  • Proven success in delivering results on complex cross-functional projects.
