Process Security Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our process security efforts. As a Process Security Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing robust security processes that align with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement secure process frameworks to safeguard against cyber threats.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security into existing processes.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of security processes and procedures.
  • Foster a culture of security awareness throughout the organization.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in process engineering or IT service management.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with IT and network security concepts (e.g., firewalls, VPNs, proxies, NAC, endpoint security).
  • Ability to document and visualize processes using standard notations (e.g., BPMN, flowcharts, swimlanes).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across global teams.
  • Proactive and adaptable mindset with enthusiasm for process optimization and operational excellence.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management) and other IT service management practices.
  • Certifications in IT Security Standards (ISO 27001, NIST CSF, etc.) and Process Frameworks (ITIL, Lean Six Sigma) are a plus.
  • International working experience is considered an advantage.
