Governance Risk Compliance Specialist

This role involves overseeing ServiceNow administration, ensuring platform stability and integrations. Key responsibilities include configuring the ServiceNow GRC modules, performing DevOps activities, deploying code across environments, developing fixes for production defects, managing integrations with external systems, resolving incidents and analyzing root causes, maintaining user roles permissions and platform stability, supporting audits and compliance reporting, ensuring smooth upgrades and patches, automating tasks to boost efficiency, and maintaining operational documentation.

A strong candidate will have 5+ years of ServiceNow administration experience, 2+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow GRC modules, and certifications in ServiceNow CSA, GRC Integrated Risk Management Fundamentals and Implementation. They will also have proven expertise in support maintenance incident resolution, code deployments integration monitoring and defect fixes, as well as a strong knowledge of Governance Risk and Compliance processes, ITIL processes and change management.
