Growth Marketing Lead

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to spearhead customer acquisition through our referral program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Optimize the largest channel of new customer acquisitions and reduce overall cost of customer acquisition.
  • Develop data-driven strategies for the referral program, leveraging industry trends to maintain a competitive advantage.
  • Analyze metrics to improve conversion rates and minimize customer acquisition cost (CAC).
  • Create seamless app experiences for referrals, collaborating with product, tech, and creative teams.
Requirements:
  • 5-8 years of experience in large-scale growth operations with a focus on referrals.
  • Strong knowledge and prior experience with marketing automation platforms and messaging platforms.
  • Passionate about mining customer insight, with excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and data reporting skills.

This role requires a strong understanding of growth marketing principles, including data analysis, market research, and campaign execution. The ideal candidate will drive results-oriented growth initiatives and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
