Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the development team to provide a better understanding of the business user's needs and assist in resolving any queries related to requirements.
  • Document business requirements and review them with the business and technology teams, obtaining customer acceptance for the same.
  • Work on Agile or Waterfall approaches based on business requirements.
  • Develop acceptance criteria for test cases and test scenarios in collaboration with business users.
  • Maintain Strong MS CRM Sales Service and Marketing module knowledge.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 4-8 years of experience as a functional consultant is required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience working on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Dynamics CRM 2016-2015 is necessary.
  • Familiarity with MS CRM Sales Service and Marketing modules is essential.
  • Experience of working on full life cycle implementations across multiple versions of Dynamics CRM365 is mandatory.
  • Good communication skills are required to address user questions and concerns.
  • SSRS reporting services experience is compulsory.

Desirable Skills

  • Knowledge and understanding of some or all areas within Customer Engagement including Field Services and Project Service Automation are beneficial.
  • Brief knowledge of the Power Platform Power Apps Flow Power BI and Common Data Model is advantageous.
  • MS CRM configuration knowledge is valuable.
  • Application integrations knowledge with MS CRM is desirable.
