About This Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Condition Monitoring Engineer to provide expert support on the condition monitoring of rotating equipment. In this role, you will utilise online and offline data acquisition techniques to analyse and recommend necessary maintenance needs to avoid major breakdowns of the equipment.

Your primary responsibility will be to support reliability improvement plans and initiatives based on condition monitoring parameters. You will keep updated knowledge of the condition of the rotating equipment by monitoring, tracking, and analysing to identify developing fault defects.

Additionally, you will ensure compliance to best maintenance practices of PdM, PM, LLF, lubrication equipment change over, and corrective maintenance. Furthermore, you will provide updates and reviews for best condition monitoring practice documents.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide engineer-level support on condition monitoring of rotating equipment
  • Analyse and provide recommendations on maintenance needs to avoid major breakdowns
  • Support reliability improvement plans and initiatives
  • Monitor, track, and analyse equipment condition
  • Ensure compliance to best maintenance practices
  • Update and review condition monitoring practice documents

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Technical Skills:
  • Knowledge of condition-based maintenance techniques and analysis
  • Ability to independently troubleshoot, analyse, and resolve equipment problems
  • Basic knowledge of machine condition monitoring, balancing, alignment, and troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with various vibration standards
  • Basic understanding of rotor dynamics, mechanical design, equipment function, and construction
