Logistics Manager Position

Our company is seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to join its operations team. This key member will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end last mile delivery operations within the hub, ensuring timely deliveries and optimized routes.

Last Mile Operations:
  • Manage daily delivery operations, coordinating with drivers and warehouse staff to ensure seamless execution.
  • Optimize routes to reduce costs and improve customer satisfaction.
Team Management:
  • Lead and manage a team of skilled logistics professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure performance standards are met.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity.
Cash Handling & Reconciliation:
  • Oversee cash handling operations, ensuring daily reconciliation of cash collected during deliveries.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
  • Track, monitor, and report on key metrics such as daily, weekly, and monthly delivery performance, return to origin (RTO), and other KPIs.
  • Implement data-driven strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in logistics, with a focus on last-mile delivery operations.
  • Prior experience in managing teams and cash reconciliation.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
