AI Solutions Developer

We are seeking a skilled AI Solutions Developer to join our team in designing and deploying an AI-driven Regulatory Horizon Scanning solution.
The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in building and optimising AI-enabled pipelines to ingest and process structured and unstructured regulatory publications.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor global and regional regulatory bodies for new and updated regulations, consultation papers, and guidance.
- Develop and implement AI-driven solutions for regulatory change monitoring and classification of documents using NLP, LLMs, and machine learning techniques.
- 6-10+ years of experience in financial services, regulatory reporting, compliance, or RegTech projects.
- Prior experience implementing AI-driven regulatory change monitoring or regulatory technology platforms.
- Exposure to automation frameworks (RPA, workflow orchestration) to streamline regulatory processes.
- Strong understanding of prudential and transaction reporting frameworks.
- Familiarity with regulatory change management processes and supervisory expectations.
- Hands-on experience with NLP, LLMs, and ML techniques for text classification, summarisation, entity extraction, and topic modelling.
- Proficiency in Python (e.g., spaCy, Hugging Face, LangChain, OpenAI APIs).
- Experience with data integration/ETL tools and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
