As an Area Sales Manager/ Cluster Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in strategising, launching, and scaling up business operations in new markets. You will define the medium & long-term roadmap to achieve growth & profitability targets for your cluster, leveraging a cross-functional approach. Your responsibilities will also include brand building through local marketing strategies, evaluating and rolling out new product features, and implementing cost & time management to maximise profits.

Our ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and be comfortable working hands-on in a fast-paced environment. You will also be responsible for managing a team of dynamic individuals and ensuring seamless collaboration with internal & external stakeholders.

We offer a highly competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, you can expect a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
