Rambhau Mhalgi Prabodhini is an esteemed leadership development institution established in 1982 to cultivate and empower individuals involved in institutions and start-ups within social and political organizations.

The organization enjoys a unique status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council, one of only a few institutions in the Indian subcontinent to have such recognition.

Our ideal candidate will spearhead initiatives like Knowledge Excellence Centre (KEC), IIDL (Indian Institute of Democratic Leadership), Socio-Political Research, Publications & various programs.

Key responsibilities include program management, supervision, budgeting skills, identifying training needs, offering relevant training programs, establishing goals, prioritizing projects, creating standards, monitoring quality and outcomes.

We seek versatile candidates with experience in planning, publicity, report writing, program proposals, printing, book creation, documentation, etc. preferably in a Social organization.

Skills required: Training design & content development, creating visibility for programs, execute report writing, project proposals and documentation.

Qualification: Graduate/ Post graduate preferred in sociology, political science but not mandatory.

  • Experience: 10 years' experience with minimum 5 years in training & program management for NGOs, government & semi-government bodies

General Requirements: Proficiency in Marathi, Hindi & English (written & spoken) is preferred. Computer literacy is must & proficiency in word, excel & PowerPoint is desirable.
