Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing successful paid advertising campaigns.

This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad, responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads across Facebook and Instagram.

The primary focus will be on search engine marketing (SEM), targeting high-intent keywords and maintaining high-quality scores.

  • Paid Campaign Management
    • Implement full-funnel strategies for lead generation, sales, and brand awareness.
    • Monitor key metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
    • Regularly review bidding strategies and budgets to ensure optimal spending efficiency and maximize ROI.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The following skills and qualifications are required:

  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing remarketing strategies across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
  • Able to create segmented audience lists based on lead behavior, website activity, and funnel position.
  • Experience running tailored remarketing campaigns to increase conversion rates from previously engaged users.
  • Skilled in analyzing the performance of remarketing efforts and optimizing creatives, bidding, and frequency based on data insights.
  • Minimum 2+ years experience in Paid campaigns.
