About the Role

The successful candidate will have 8-12 years of experience in technology companies, with a proven track record of managing large-scale project delivery. They will also possess strong exposure to AI/ML-based product implementations or integrations, as well as a deep understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead customer onboarding, requirement gathering, and post-go-live support for Indian enterprise clients.
  • Drive project governance – timelines, scope, risk management, resource planning, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal product teams to ensure business goals align with client outcomes.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • 8-12 years of Project Management experience in technology companies.
  • Proven experience handling enterprise-level Indian customers, understanding their business culture and delivery expectations.
  • Strong exposure to AI/ML-based product implementations or integrations.
  • Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery practices.
