The platform offers personalized nutrition and fitness programs for achieving health goals like weight loss and managing chronic conditions such as pre-diabetes, diabetes, and gut health. It also provides fitness wearables and science-backed skincare products, enabling users to upgrade their overall well-being.

About this role:

As a Performance Marketer, you will play a key part in expanding our digital presence by utilizing cutting-edge performance marketing strategies to achieve and exceed targeted objectives. You will utilize your expertise in Amazon Ads and other e-commerce platforms to optimize campaigns, maximize ROI, and drive quality traffic and conversions globally.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing strategic advertising campaigns aligned with business objectives, target audience, and budget allocation
  • Conducting thorough keyword and audience research to identify opportunities for campaign optimization
  • Setting up, managing, and optimizing Amazon ads campaigns across Amazon, both domestic and international platforms
  • Maintaining a close eye on campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and adjusting strategies accordingly to meet or exceed KPIs
  • Analyzing campaign performance data using Analytics and other reporting tools
  • Generating reports highlighting key findings, trends, and actionable recommendations for continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field, coupled with at least 2 years of relevant work experience
  • In-depth knowledge of Amazon ads, including campaign setup, optimization techniques, and audience targeting
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, or similar platforms
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and stakeholders
