Job Title: Technical Operator

Operate, monitor, and maintain production machinery in a pharmaceutical unit. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of equipment, maintaining accurate records, and adhering to quality control standards.

  • Operate pharmaceutical machinery such as capsule fillers, tablet press machines, blenders, granulators, blister packing machines, and coating systems.
  • Perform manual or semi-automated assembly tasks including packing, labeling, and container sealing for tablets, capsules, syrups, or injectable products.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Machine Operation and Monitoring: Monitor and operate various production equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime.
  • Assembly Processes: Assemble and package pharmaceutical products with precision and attention to detail.
  • Quality Control and Compliance: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of production activities, inventory levels, and quality control measures.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience in a related field; pharmaceutical industry experience a plus.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
