As a key team member, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling our fashion collections to offline customers. With a strong focus on building lasting relationships with existing customers, boutiques, and retail outlets, you will be responsible for generating new leads and converting them into long-term customers.

Fashion Sales Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote and sell fashion collections, including ethnic wear, western wear, coord sets, short dresses, and more, to offline customers.

  • uild and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, boutiques, and retail outlets to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Generate new leads and convert them into long-term customers through effective marketing strategies and customer engagement.
  • Conduct product presentations, explain features/benefits, and handle customer queries effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor customer preferences and provide feedback to the merchandising/production team to inform product development and improvement.
  • Manage offline order processing, payment follow-ups, and timely deliveries to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Represent the brand at exhibitions, trade shows, and local marketing events to increase brand visibility and drive sales.
  • Track competitor activities and suggest strategies for growth in offline markets to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management to contribute to the company's overall success.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in offline sales, preferably in fashion, apparel, or retail sector.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to effectively engage with customers and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of fabrics, silhouettes, and current fashion trends to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
  • Ability to build strong client relationships and deliver excellent customer service to drive customer loyalty and retention.
  • Comfortable with field visits, market research, and retail interactions to stay up-to-date with market trends and customer needs.
  • Minimum Qualification: Graduate (preferably in Business/Marketing/Fashion) to possess the necessary education and expertise for this role.
