Job Overview

As a software test engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest quality of financial technology solutions. With a strong background in software testing and experience leading test teams, you will be responsible for designing and executing comprehensive test plans, identifying areas of improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute test plans, including identification of testing scope, effort required, and resource allocation.
  • Lead test teams in aligning with organizational goals and roadmaps.
  • Analyze user stories, use cases, and requirements for validity and feasibility.
  • Execute system, integration, and regression testing, and conduct triage and RCA for customer-reported defects.
  • Monitor test progress, assess work assigned to resources, and re-balance or reallocate as needed.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as a software tester in a reputable IT organization.
  • Strong knowledge of banking domain and willingness to learn digital banking.
  • Working/application-level knowledge of STLC phases and nuances.
  • Ability to adhere to quality processes and work with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience in automation tools (Selenium/Cucumber) is advantageous.
