Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled professional to support our client's supply chain finance operations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP S4 Hana, particularly in finance and supply chain modules (FI, MM, PP, SD).

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support the transition to S4 Hana SAP, including setup for manufacturing plants.
  • Conduct testing, issue resolution, and documentation for finance-related transactions and integrations with MM, PP, and SD modules.
  • Validate and manage end-to-end finance processes such as product costing, BOM impact, SKU costing, accounts payable, provisions, and inventory accounting.
  • Perform transaction testing for procurement, production, inventory, and sales to ensure accurate financial postings and compliance.
  • Monitor and analyze logistics costs (primary, secondary, and warehouse), prepare dashboards, and provide variance analysis with actionable insights.
  • Develop dashboards for production variance forecasting, support new product costing, business case evaluations, and raise early warnings on costing or BOM issues.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of SAP S4 Hana with hands-on experience in finance and supply chain modules.
  • Expertise in product costing, BOM analysis, SKU costing, and standard cost calculations.
  • Proficiency in financial accounting processes including Accounts Payable, GRIR, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, and Inventory Accounting.
  • Skilled in variance analysis, forecasting, and dashboard development for logistics and production costs.
  • Ability to conduct testing, issue resolution, and process validation across integrated finance systems.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills to support business case development and process improvements.
