Senior Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Operations Professional to contribute to our financial operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial data.
- Timely and accurate recording of all financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (as per applicable standards), such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Reconciliation of bank accounts, ledgers, and inter-company balances to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Compliance with statutory requirements (Income Tax, GST, TDS, PF/ESI, Companies Act, etc.) by maintaining accurate records and adhering to regulatory guidelines.
- Preparation and coordination for statutory, tax, and internal audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintenance of proper documentation and audit trails to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Monthly MIS reports to management (P&L, cash flow, variance analysis) to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Vendor payments, invoice processing, and reconciliation to ensure timely payment and reduce costs.
- Monitoring receivables, credit terms, and follow-up for collections to optimize working capital.
- Aging reports and working capital discipline to ensure efficient use of resources.
A Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance and a strong background in these areas are essential. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is preferred.
