Mizuho Global Services is seeking a skilled IT professional to fill the position of L0 Monitoring Analyst. This role involves performing real-time monitoring of servers, network devices, applications, and services using various monitoring tools.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with monitoring tools and ticketing systems, as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to follow established procedures.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, acknowledging, and logging alerts, events, and anomalies, escalating incidents to support teams as needed, and tracking and updating incident tickets in IT service management tools.

Additionally, you will perform initial triage of alerts, document incidents, actions taken, and resolution/escalation steps, communicate with on-call engineers and shift leads for follow-up or escalations, and ensure monitoring dashboards and tools are operational and report any issues.

This is a 24/7 rotational shift role that requires strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency, as well as the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

The successful candidate will have exposure to ITIL processes, preferably holding certification in basic IT/networking such as CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation, or CCNA. Experience in IT monitoring or helpdesk roles with mandate skills like monitoring tools & network operation center is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:
