We are seeking a highly skilled SAP B1 professional to join our team and drive business transformation through innovative technology solutions.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced techno-functional specialist to lead complex projects, optimize ERP systems, and contribute to the growth of a dynamic organization.

  • To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of SAP B1 modules, configurations, and development, as well as experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing ERP solutions.
  • You should also possess excellent problem-solving skills, be able to analyze complex business challenges, and architect efficient solutions.
  • In addition, you will need to have strong communication and collaboration skills to align multi-disciplinary teams and present insights effectively.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee end-to-end SAP B1 deployments, upgrades, and enhancements.
  • Configure modules (e.g., Finance, Sales, Inventory) and customize workflows to align with business needs.
Process Improvement & Automation
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes within ERP, CRM, and other integrated systems.
  • Implement best practices to enhance efficiency, data accuracy, and reporting capabilities.
System Integrations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP B1 with external applications (e.g., e-commerce, CRM, warehouse management).
  • Ensure data consistency and optimal system performance across all integrated platforms.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Educational Background:
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in SAP B1 techno-functional roles.
    • Proven track record in designing, implementing, and optimizing ERP solutions.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    • Strong understanding of SAP B1 modules, configurations, and development.
    • Familiarity with cloud-based technologies, including AWS.
    • Experience with data migration and integration is a plus.
  • Soft Skills:
    • High ownership and accountability, with a 'get-it-done' mindset.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
