Process Trainer Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Process Trainer to join our team in Gurugram, India.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Sales Trainer in the travel industry and possess excellent knowledge of US Travel Customer Support or US travel sales processes.

This is a critical role that requires strong communication and training delivery skills. You will be responsible for training US Travel Customer Support staff on industry-standard processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for US Travel Customer Support staff

Requirements
