We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Accounts Payable team and drive process improvements across the Global Procure to Pay domain. As a key member of our Finance organization, you will be responsible for supervising a team of 6-8 direct reports and providing expert guidance on Accounts Payable processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Leadership: Manage day-to-day operations in compliance with SLAs and SOPs, ensuring seamless execution of Accounts Payable processes.
- Team Management: Direct and motivate a team of professionals to achieve business objectives, providing training and feedback to ensure high-quality performance.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal customers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of services and continuous improvement opportunities.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process enhancements and implement changes to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field, with excellent English language proficiency and communication skills.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience, with at least 6 years in managing teams focused on the Global Procure to Pay domain.
- Skills: Deep functional finance shared services expertise, ability to provide insights to streamline processes, and experience with finance processes enabled by ERP and AI-based technologies.
