About the Position:

The Associate Director will play a pivotal role in shaping strategic processes, guiding teams, and driving growth initiatives.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

Ideal Candidates would possess:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a related industry.
  • Over 10-12 years of experience managing regional portfolios with a team of professionals.
  • Experience scaling teams and designing processes across multiple companies, with a strong grasp of technology.
  • Exceptional operational excellence skills - defining, monitoring, and improving processes and metrics.
  • Competence in managing multiple stakeholders across the business, partners, professionals, etc.
  • Ability to build strong client and non-client support through compliance of application processes.
